The ambience: An imposing, suspended chimney in the center of the room, rafters and old stone, wood furniture… and a warm welcome by the chef’s wife Besma and her staff.
The grill: Your cut of fish or meat is first presented to you at the table to then be sent to the expert hands of Denis Boidron, the chef, who oversees the fire and embers. It’s a fine art!
The dishes: Along with grilled dishes, you can taste traditional stewed dishes (calf’s head or pieds paquets for newcomers), wood-fire pizzas and very delicious house-made desserts.

• Treating ourselves to a fine piece of grilled fish followed by a lemon meringue tart, the dessert specialty of the house.

Lunch service: Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner service: Tuesday through Saturday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
