The terroir: Located between the Trévaresse and Côtes chains, this estate created in 2005 by Mireille and Christian Bastard spreads across 57 ha.
The fermentation: The vineyard is worked in a traditional and sustainable method. The modern and performing fermentation cellar is equipped with stainless steel tanks. Oak barrels are also used in the creation of the AOP red Pomarus and the IGP white Chardonnay.
The wines: Deeply marked by the terroir, the red is potent and silky, the white is vibrant and aromatic and the rosé is fine and elegant.
• The Pomarus vintage that reveals a dark ruby hue and a fragrance of ripe fruit and spices.
• The Jovic and Classique vintages, pleasurable wines fleshed out over three colors that are drinkable in any season.
• First Time, a quality wine with silky intense notes and a bouquet of red berries.
